1. Reprint Policy
We prioritize quality and will gladly reprint your order free of charge if:
- There are printing defects (misprints, smudges, or color inaccuracies).
- The product arrives damaged during shipping.
- There was an error in production (wrong size, material, or finishing).
How to Request a Reprint:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@fastcyber.co.ke
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will review and process your reprint request within 48 working hours.
2. Refund Policy (Limited Cases)
Refunds are only issued if:
- The order is canceled before production begins.
- A reprint is not possible (e.g., discontinued product/material).
Refund Process:
- Refunds exclude transaction fees (as per payment processor policies).
- Processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Orders with errors due to customer-provided files (low resolution, incorrect formatting, or typos).
- Changes requested after approval and production.
How to Initiate a Return/Reprint
Email orders@fastcyber.co.ke with:
- Order number
- Photos of the issue
- Preferred resolution (reprint or refund if applicable)
