This page sets the terms and conditions of Fast Cyber where we supply printed materials to businesses and individuals (persons aged 18 years and above) in Kenya. Please read these terms & conditions carefully because by ordering/paying for any service you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
1. Information About Us
Fast Cyber is a printing services brand based in Nairobi Kenya, located at No.9 Mpaka Road, Westlands.
2. About You ("the Client", "Buyer")
By using our website, you consent to us using your personal information ONLY for the purpose of processing your order and providing our services.
By placing an order, you agree that:
- You are a person aged 18 years and above.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Use of Our Artworks (Designs)
We design artworks for our clients. You have to proofread and confirm the artwork/design is good before we start production and all information in the artwork is correct. By confirming (approving) we will not be responsible for any details skipped. We are only responsible for products quality (material quality, print quality and product finishing) of the materials we supply.
4. The Information/Materials You Provide
The information you provide to be printed must not be illegal, abusive, defamatory, threatening, or violating intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for all content you provide for printing.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full before production begins. We accept M-Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard.
6. Delivery
Delivery within Nairobi: KES 450. Outside Nairobi: KES 850. Free delivery on orders above KES 10,000. Delivery timelines are 1–4 business days for standard orders. Express options available.
7. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Once artwork has been approved and production started, cancellation is not possible. Contact us immediately at orders@fastcyber.co.ke to request a cancellation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved under Kenyan jurisdiction.
