Refund & Returns Policy

1. Reprint Policy

We prioritize quality and will gladly reprint your order free of charge if:

  • There are printing defects (misprints, smudges, or color inaccuracies).
  • The product arrives damaged during shipping.
  • There was an error in production (wrong size, material, or finishing).

How to Request a Reprint:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@fastcyber.co.ke
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will review and process your reprint request within 48 working hours.

2. Refund Policy (Limited Cases)

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The order is canceled before production begins.
  • A reprint is not possible (e.g., discontinued product/material).

Refund Process:

  • Refunds exclude transaction fees (as per payment processor policies).
  • Processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Orders with errors due to customer-provided files (low resolution, incorrect formatting, or typos).
  • Changes requested after approval and production.

How to Initiate a Return/Reprint

Email orders@fastcyber.co.ke with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • Preferred resolution (reprint or refund if applicable)

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 working hours.
